Placing an Order
Orders can be placed by telephone, fax, e-mail, or post as well as on this website.
Price of Goods
The price shall be as stated in the Order unless an increase in price has been made by our Suppliers in the meantime. We will endeavour to inform the Buyer of any change in price before despatch. This may not be possible at all times, if the Buyer is not available.
Terms of Payment
Non-Account Holders
Payment shall be made by Credit/ Debit Card or pre-paid Cheque. If Goods are no longer available, and pre-payment has been made, a full refund will be made.
Credit card details will be held securely and will not be disclosed to Third Parties.
Cheques sent on a prepayment basis will be cashed immediately.
Account Holders
The Seller shall be entitled to invoice the Buyer on, or at any time after despatch of the goods. Unless otherwise stated in the order, the Buyer shall pay the full price of the goods within 30 days of date of invoice date. Late payment may incur an interest charge. The Seller shall be entitled to set off against the Price, any sums owed by the Buyer. Title of the Goods shall pass to the Buyer once payment has been made and not before. We reserve the right to suspend account facilities due to outstanding payments.
Delivery
The goods will be despatched the same day as the order is received (if before 3pm and if the goods are in stock), unless external circumstances prevent this (i.e. Courier problems). Goods not in stock will be ordered by the Seller and despatched the same day they are received from our Suppliers, unless external circumstances prevail as above, or if the goods are no longer generally available. While we make every effort to ensure that items appearing on the Site are available, we cannot guarantee that al items are in stock or immediately available when you submit your order. We may reject your order (without liability) if we are unable to process or fulfil it. If this is the case, we will refund any prior payment that you have made for the item.
We accept no responsibility for non-receipt of goods where an incorrect address or postcode has been given. We will undertake to redeliver goods once the correct address has been given, but the customer will incur an additional delivery charge.
Shortage or Damage
We endeavour to pack all our orders securely and carefully. However, if your parcel arrives damaged this must be reported as soon as possible and not later than 14 days of receipt. Please keep any packaging, as the Carrier/ Post Office usually request this.
Any shortage of Goods must be reported to us as soon as possible and not later than 14 days of receipt.
Please do not return any Goods without prior authorisation from the Seller.
Risk of damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery.
We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of markets, loss of reputation, loss of customers, loss of use, loss of opportunity, or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or loss however arising from, but not limited to, the loss, damage, delay, mis-delivery or non-delivery of any shipment, even if we had knowledge beforehand that such damage might arise.
We are not liable if your shipment, or any part of it, is lost, damaged, delayed or mis-delivered, or not delivered or if we do not fulfill any of our obligations towards you due to:
Circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: acts of God, earthquakes, cyclones, storms, flooding, fire, disease, fog, snow or frost;
Force majeure including, but not limited to: accidents, acts of public enemies, strikes, embargoes, perils of the air, local disputes or civil commotions;
National or local disruptions in air or ground transportation, networks and mechanical problems to modes of transport or machinery, latent defects or inherent vice in the contents of shipments and criminal acts of third parties such as theft or arson;
Your acts or omissions or those of third parties such as you being in breach of (or any other party claiming an interest in the shipment causing you to breach) your obligations under these terms and conditions;
An act or omission by any customs, airline, airport, government official;
Any act or omission by a third party agent such as a courier or the Post Office or any other carrier.
