Richard Mills, Principal, Mills & Co Solicitors is a specialist in construction law and a Fellow of RICS. The last 13 years of his career have been dedicated to advising on construction and engineering contracts and claims during which time he has worked on a very broad range of projects, contracts and procurement systems.
Peter O’Brien is an Associate at Osborne Clarke where he specialises in the contentious aspects of the construction industry. He provides clients with practical commercially based legal advice. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor Peter worked as a quantity surveyor, initially for leading contractors on a variety of civil and building projects gaining hands-on experience of UK standard forms of contract.
