He is listed as one of the most experienced Mediators by the Bar Council of England & Wales and trains Mediators for not only the Bar Council, but also the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn, the Technology and Construction Court Bar Association, the Dispute Board Federation in Geneva, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Additionally, he is on numerous appointing bodies including the Technology and Construction Court Bar Association’s panel of Mediators and the FIDIC President’s List. As a Mediator he has successfully resolved over 400 international disputes including those under the laws of the UK, Hong Kong, China, India, Pakistan, Japan, South and North America, and the Middle East. He frequently speaks on the subject of Mediation, Mediation Boards and is an advisor to several international governmental agencies on the subject of mediation.
